F49 is in Budaörs, a quiet residential suburb on the western edge of Budapest: fifteen minutes from the city centre and right off the M1–M7 motorway. The meeting room seats six, has a door that locks, a wall-mounted TV and a whiteboard — and the smallest unit you can book is one hour.
Why this beats a café
A café is fine for a quick catch-up. The moment you start talking about prices, contracts or strategy, its limits show. In a booked meeting room those problems simply do not exist.
A door that closes
Nobody overhears you. Suitable for confidential conversations, negotiations and interviews.
Screen and whiteboard
You present on the TV on the wall, not on a laptop screen turned sideways.

A bean-to-cup machine, tea and soft drinks are in the kitchen next door — offer your guest something.

How booking works
- Pick a time — the calendar only shows slots that are genuinely free.
- Send the request — no registration, just a few details.
- We confirm it — by hand, and usually quickly.
- You get your entry code — the automated door opens for your slot only, so nobody has to meet you.
Outside office hours too
Standard availability is weekdays 8:00–17:00, but evening and weekend meetings can be booked with a surcharge. Because entry runs on a code, nobody needs to be there to let you in.
