We are not a big coworking chain. We are a suburban house set up for work. This is all of it — and that is the whole list.
Meeting room
A room that locks, with a carved-edge oval meeting table and upholstered chairs. A TV for screen sharing and a whiteboard on the wall. The window looks onto the garden.
Main space
Forty square metres with height-adjustable desks. This is the most flexible room: five workstations on Monday, a fifteen-person training room on Thursday. Acoustic dividers, its own armchair corner, a door to the terrace.
Kitchen
Brick wall, bean-to-cup coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, microwave. The fridge is full of soft drinks, tea on the shelf. Not an extra charge — it is part of the booking.
Terrace
It opens off the main space and has outdoor furniture. In good weather you can work or take a break outside — and on a team day it is the extra room that turns eleven people into fifteen.
COACHING, THERAPY, MENTORING
There is a corner made specifically for one-to-one conversations.
Two armchairs facing each other, a deep rug, plants, a closed door. A warm, quiet room where your client does not feel like they are in a clinic — and nobody overhears what they say.

The entrance is automated and opens with your own code. That is why you can hold a meeting after seven, run a workshop on a Saturday, or organise a talk on a Thursday evening — without anyone having to be there to let you in.

Bookings outside office hours are possible with a surcharge — we agree the exact terms when we confirm your booking.
QUESTIONS
What people ask on the phone before they book.
We have collected them so you do not have to call — but if calling suits you better, we are happy to pick up.
The main space is 40 m², normally set up with five workstations. In training layout up to 15 people can sit in it. If you rent the entire venue for a full working day, 12 is the recommended number — that way everyone gets proper space in the meeting room, the main space, the kitchen and on the terrace.
Six. Not six chairs squeezed in, but six people with room for a laptop and a notebook in front of each of them.
Yes. A bean-to-cup coffee machine, a kettle, tea on the shelf, and a fridge full of soft drinks. All of it is included in the booking price, not billed separately.
Yes. We are in the leafy part of Budaörs, not on a busy road, and this is not a bustling shared office — only a few people are here at any one time. The main space has acoustic dividers, and the meeting room door locks.
Through automated access, with a unique code tied to your booking. You do not need to collect a key or wait for someone to open up. That is why you can come outside office hours too.
On the street, right in front of the house, for free. In Budaörs this is not a matter of luck — there is always space, even if six of you arrive by car.
Yes, it comes with every booking. In good weather you can work, have a coffee or take a break out there.
Yes. Standard availability is weekdays 8:00–17:00, but other times can be booked with a surcharge. Tell us when you need it when you book and we will get back to you.
Let us know in good time and we will move it. We approve bookings by hand, so rescheduling is never complicated — you are not arguing with an automated system.
