Nobody needs to be in an office every day. But the day the team is actually together is different — that is when plans get made and decisions get taken. For that you need somewhere the whole team can meet: quiet, tidy, and with no strangers in the room.
Sound familiar?
- You get together once a month or once a week, but the café is loud and someone’s flat is too small.
- You have no office of your own, and keeping one for a day or two a month would never pay off.
- On that day you need a meeting room for the discussion and a large space for working side by side.
- Planning day, workshop, brainstorming — and it would be good to step out onto a terrace in between.
For one day, the whole place is yours
Booking the entire venue at F49 does not mean sitting at shared desks: you take the whole house. On that day nobody else can book the meeting room or a coworking seat here.

Meeting room
A room that locks, seats six, with a TV and a whiteboard — for the focused conversations.
Main space
40 m² with desks you can rearrange freely: workstations, islands, or a single long table.
Kitchen
Bean-to-cup coffee, tea, soft drinks, fridge, microwave, dishwasher. Outside catering is fine too — just tell us in advance.
Terrace
It opens off the main space. For breaks and coffee — and it is what lets a larger group sit comfortably.
How many people, and what does it cost?
For a full day of working together, 12 is the comfortable number. For a seated training session of up to 15, the same room works in training layout. Street parking is free and there is always space, even if everyone drives.

Where exactly is it?
Budaörs, on the western edge of Budapest, fifteen minutes from the centre and a couple of minutes from the M1–M7. For a distributed team this matters: people driving in from outside the city never have to cross Budapest, and nobody has to pay for downtown parking.
A regular team day? Book ahead
If you come on the same week every month, book those days in advance so the venue is guaranteed. If you want to stay past the usual 8:00–17:00, that can be booked with a surcharge — entry runs on your own code.
The booking calendar is currently in Hungarian. For a recurring team day it is usually easier anyway to write to info@f49.hu or call +36 20 419 5919, and we will set the dates up together.
If you are still deciding how much space you need, read day pass or the whole place.
